    • Responsible for evaluating and turningaround a $2M, R&D motion control, software development initiative. Defined and implemented a revised approach, plan, project controls, and secured CEO and key stakeholder commitment to successfully execute and deliver.

    • Managed the evaluation and selection effort that identified a new ERP solution to replace a partial Epicor implementation that no longer met the business needs.
    • Established a project to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in partnership with a Microsoft partner; experience areas included general ledger; service management, human resource, project management and accounting, budgeting, sales and marketing, and travel and expense.
    • Used Agile methodology to implement project initiatives; created use cases, managed backlogs, sprints, and scrum ceremonies.
    • Hired, trained, and incorporated quality testing for software product and project initiatives.
    • Optimized existing IT helpdesk services, improving customer experience and responsiveness, by modifying the helpdesk staffing, schedule, procedures, and performance metrics tracking.
